trips to the doctor, dentist and geberal hospital appointments for alot of you this month its going to be a pain but burning the candle at both ends hasnt helped.
Keep positive make small steps towards the bigger picture there's no rush try not to stress and panic give your worries and stresses to the angels and allow yourself to take each day 1 at a time.

Looking at past words said & unsaid, actions taken & not taken, looking at everything this isnt helping your current situation this is water under the bridge this is hind sight but its still not helping the here and now close your eyes for a few moments wipe the slate clean after a few moments open your eyes if someone asked for diplomatic advise what would you say to them? take this advise. January blues anyone..... alot if you are being affected and the new years resolutions are already getting hard stop sit down change this "resolutions" to life changes so its ridiculous to say you're going to run/walk 10 miles a day say i aim to run/walk 2 mile a day and on the days you can do more simplicity is the key sayong your never going to eat X when its a food that you love is nonsense limit your intake donnt deprive yourself.
Relationships are all looking okish leave the nit picking at the door no one is perfect even when you say it inwardly brush it aside and change it to a positive thought about the person & yourself. Speak your mind spit out your worries.
