Small~
A pause is needed and if you dont start to slow down and take things one step at a time you will end up feeling like youve ran straight into a wall.
Stop breath take a soak in the bath, get some fresh air, go for a walk, call a friend you havent seen or spoke to etc. take 5 minutes each day and just let it all go (even if its an extended bathroom break....)

Medium~
In comparison to those who picked small you really need to stop procrastinating and go do it or you may be too late.
Your card is about moving forward and changes that will or may already have appeared for you but I do feel some of you are stuck in the mud and are fearing it all or perhaps too stubborn to accept the changes the you stay stuck in the one place the worse the whole thing will appear to be. I believe in you please believe in yourself.

Large~
For those of you who choose this I feel you are fighting against your inner selves and this is one of the hardest you can be battling please turn off the negative nelly and turn up and tune into positive polly yes I know positive things dont always happen yes I know youve tried yes I know life can suck but please try and keep trying until you can tell negative nelly to take a run and jump.
Make the changes you need to be happy get a new job, get more air, have you time, cut down on alcohol and any illegal drugs this might mean changes to your circle of friends because some people always see the negative and they can put a shadow on the light at the end of the tunnel of tell you its a train its all about perception.

Stop looking backwards at the might haves the what ifs the broken/lost dreams look forward make new dreams or go at it from a different angle. You can do anything you put your mind to.

When doors keep closing open a window. Learn from the past it was all learning and try not repeating the same actions hoping for better results do something different and push yourself.

SILVER

Change change change its all about to be shaken up expect things to get better for you embrace the changes the longer you fight or resist the inevitable changes that are happening the longer you will feel stuck/trapped.

Difficult situations are all coming to an end also but you've still a hurdle or two left.

BRONZE

Open your eyes to the possibilities that are all around you. Look at things from a different angle everything is not always black & white. when you are looking into things try and be objective e.g if you're putting together your c.v imagine you are receiving it .... as the saying goes if its worth doing its worth doing properly, give your 100% and if youre not happy re-do it take a different approach.
