Just stop all this self-loathing, all this inner bitchness that's going on, all the regrets, all the mental torture you do to yourself, all the doubts, all the bullying in your own skin, all the comparisons, all the discrimination towards your own self,  all the unrealistic deadlines for yourself, take a deep breath and throw them all in the fu*k it because you know what you are an incredible person with so much potential you're limiting yourself standing in your own way.
