a little help

On my journey of developing my gift I get distracted by life in general my family (2 kids & a husband)  my friends etc etc. how do you keep calm in the mayhem of daily life 1 child is a school goer the other is not, im just looking for some tips & ideas. I'm aligning myself daily, clearing & cleansing my energy's and protection bubble is up.
I just need a little guidance for balancing being a full time stay at home mother & wife.
