We all need to and have to at different times and points in our lives turn our back on the crowd, on what no longer serves us, on negativity and what we won't tolerate anymore so we can change, grow, learn and love ourselves.
We need to turn our attention to ourselves what we want what we think what we feel listening to other people's opinions dulls out our own voices lead yourself and be the conductor of your life.

a little help

On my journey of developing my gift I get distracted by life in general my family (2 kids & a husband)  my friends etc etc. how do you keep calm in the mayhem of daily life 1 child is a school goer the other is not, im just looking for some tips & ideas. I'm aligning myself daily, clearing & cleansing my energy's and protection bubble is up.
I just need a little guidance for balancing being a full time stay at home mother & wife.
