Some people view self love as some kind of egotistical, narrsistical thing but self love is much more than this superficial view. When you have self love you take care of yourself fully mind body and soul. You step away from toxic people and "psychic vampires" (these are people who drain you by even being in their presence). Having self love is having healthy boundaries and being able to step back from people for your own good and their own good. Love for others this isnt all about romantic feelings this is about loving a friend, family member etc to love them unconditional regards of their decisions and choices and being there for them when things work out and when things dont with out any judgment or any "i told you so comments.
