Let Sh*t go.

Sometimes we just have to let sh*t go it's not out of badness or nastiness but for self preservation and for self healing the longer you hold on to the what ifs, the maybes, the regrets of yesterday the further away you are from having inner utopia. The blocks we place on ourselves is deathment to our happiness and our lives it will chip away at everything because we'll still be focused on the sh*t.
Take a deep breath and image it going slowly slipping away call upon Archangel Michael to cut the negative cords that are holding you back and imagine his sword cutting through that rope like butter after this call upon Archangel Raphael to  help heal your wounds imagine his green lights surrounding you and a beautiful green blanket wrapping itself around you as you become whole again call upon Archangel Chamuel to send her pink rays of love to the past and shower you in pink rays of love and light.

This can be done as many times as you need it healing takes time so take the time have have some patience with yourself.

To be fully happy and content we all have to find the good in every situation the "silver lining" even if it something small hold on to it. It's that little piece of hope that spurs you on the little gem stone that drives you forward it doesn't matter if you sprinting to the end zone or crawling the only thing that matters is that you are doing it and you will get there it mightnt be today or tomorrow but you will, Rome wasn't built in a day. For every bump on the road for every wall or closed door you meet you will appreciate it all the more as you glimpse in the rear view mirror and whisper to yourself 'Ive got this'.

Inner Peace

Take a deep breath stand tall and move past the people who are  dragging you into their ways into their trouble into their issues yes we all want to help but there's lending a hand and then there's taking it all on board yourself. Sometimes we have to and we must say "No" and acknowledge that the ripple affect its having on you is really a wave. I heard a perfect description, "in a plane when the masks drop down do your own first".
Be complete be whole and be yourself.

Likewise some people will always point out the flaws, the negative and will always put a dampner on everything, stand tall take a deep breath and keep telling yourself that's theirs it's noy yours and as you part company shake off any and all toxins that have past to you.
