Remember to Breath stop stretch your arms your legs fingers shake it all out now sit down close your eyes count to 60 deep breath your back in the room. Stress can be suffocating accept help from others and sometimes its good to be prepared but writing lists and micro-managing to the minute isnt helping try to go with the flow.
