Go forward with your dreams take the next steps, sometimes when the impossible is still out of reach we need to postpone the date or the dream a little theres no shame in that it, keep the dream in focus and still work towards it. Feelings of uncertainty are clouding your judgement and making you fear your nightmares are coming through but you need to stop shake it off and re-evaluate whats going on & why your having these feelings ask for help in the areas you need a helping hand in sometimes we cant do it all by ourselves be brave to reach out and ask for help.

Its time you really took a time out and did something benefical for you. Whether it be a soak in the bath, a walk, yoga, meditation etc something for you to relax that youll feel the benefits and it will allow you to breath freer and be able to deal with whats next on your journey.
