Get yourself out in the fresh air, clear away the cobwebs that are pulling you down. Try some meditation, yoga gentle exercises that ae going to gat you back in balance sometimes walk, run, swim etc can do wonders for the mind, body and spirit. Make the time for yourself. If you are not 100% then you can not do what you need to do 100%.
